Our Mission

AiLumin News was founded in 2024 with a straightforward mission: produce the most useful, honest, and expert-driven AI business journalism available. As artificial intelligence moves from research curiosity to essential business infrastructure, we believe the gap between what business leaders need to know and what the mainstream technology press covers is dangerously wide.

We fill that gap. Every article we publish is written by a domain expert with direct, current experience in the subject matter — not by generalists or AI writing tools. Every tool review is conducted independently, without payment from or advance notice to the companies being reviewed. Every claim is sourced to primary research.

Editorial Standards

AiLumin News adheres to the following editorial principles:

Independence: Our editorial decisions are made entirely by our editors and contributors, without input from advertisers, investors, or any commercial partners. No company can pay for favorable coverage or suppress negative coverage.

Expert authorship: Every article carries a byline from a contributor with verifiable, relevant expertise. We publish contributor credentials in full and update them regularly. We do not publish AI-generated articles, though our contributors may use AI as a research and drafting aid — which is disclosed where relevant.

Transparency on affiliate relationships: Where articles link to commercial products through affiliate programs, this is disclosed at the top of the article. Affiliate relationships never influence our editorial recommendations — we link to the best product for the reader, whether or not an affiliate relationship exists.

Citation standards: Claims requiring evidence are linked to primary sources — peer-reviewed research, official government data, or authoritative industry reports. We do not cite press releases, vendor-commissioned studies without independent verification, or sources with undisclosed conflicts of interest.

Corrections policy: Errors are corrected promptly and transparently. Corrections are noted at the top of the affected article with the correction date and original content where the change is material.

Advertising & Revenue

AiLumin News generates revenue through display advertising, newsletter sponsorships, and affiliate partnerships. Our advertising policy is as follows:

  • Advertisers do not receive editorial input, preview rights, or any influence over content.
  • Sponsored content is clearly labeled as such and is produced by our editorial team to the same accuracy standards as editorial content.
  • Affiliate links are disclosed clearly in any article where they appear.
  • We do not accept advertising from AI companies whose products we are reviewing in the same article.
